Pascal BENOIST

  • 1986-1987: Provincial director of the Land-survey Service in Gabon (province of Woleu tem). Installation of software tools and adapted methods.
  • 1988-1994: Data-processing person in charge GIS/CAD for a group of Land-survey Experts. Installation of the internal GIS, working methods.
  • 1995-1997: CEA/Laboratoire De Géophysique. Development of a GIS about world-wide seismicity (ArcInfo/Oracle).
  • 1998: Conception of a Web site for the on-line help for GIS tools used by the telecom company Bouygues Telecom.
  • 1999: Team management within the cartographic division of the direction of the deployment of the operator Telecom Development.
  • 2000:CTS International. Pilot and manager for the projects of cartographic data integration onto engineering company's software [PlaNetEV and ELLIPSE Planning] for telecom regulators and operators: Celtel/Netherland, Anatel/Brasil, Monaco Telecom/Principality of Monaco, Morocco Telecom/Kingdom of Morocco, Regulating telecom for the Ukraine, Lebanon.
  • 2001: Installation of a workshop for cartographic data production (vector and raster) on PC.
  • 2002: Design of training courses in cartography and geodesy.
  • 2002-2005: Missions for installation, integration and receipts as customers, near operators or regulators, under the control of the ITU [International Telecommunication Union in Geneva]: telecom regulator WPC-HFCL/India, telecom regulator MTC/Peru.
  • 2002-2005: Within the framework of the missions of integration of data and software, teaching of course training in GIS, cartography and geodesy, in the whole world, applied more particularly to the needs for the telecom engineers.
